Wilton's Cake Decorating Course 2

New Cakes

Hello Everyone,

I have completed Course 1 of the Wilton cake decorating and thought I would post the newest pictures. The Wilton rose was more difficult than I anticipated, but after practicing I'm sure that I will master the technique. I am very excited I will start Course 2 on Wednesday and will continue to forward my experience. Hope you enjoy the pictures.

I am posting pictures of all the cakes I have done (even the disasters) because I want everyone to see my progression. Since beginning the Wilton's cake decorating classes, I feel that I have begun to learn a lot. I really enjoy my class and look forward to the next courses.
