I have completed Course 1 of the Wilton cake decorating and thought I would post the newest pictures. The Wilton rose was more difficult than I anticipated, but after practicing I'm sure that I will master the technique. I am very excited I will start Course 2 on Wednesday and will continue to forward my experience. Hope you enjoy the pictures.
